Dividend policy

The Management Board of the Company makes recommendations regarding the distribution of profit based on an analysis of the Company’s current financial and liquidity position, existing and future obligations, as well as its development prospects. The final decision on profit distribution, including the payment of dividends and their amount, is made by the Ordinary General Meeting.

In the medium-term perspective, the Management Board’s intention is to recommend dividend payments at a level of at least 50% of the Company’s net profit for a given financial year, subject to the Company’s financial standing, market conditions, and current investment needs.
