GP Strategy 2030
Financial goals
Revenue target
- Revenue of PLN 1.4 billion
- Adjusted EBITDA margin above 40%
Two-pillar growth model
Grupa Pracuj aims to further diversify its business by striving for a balanced revenue mix between its two core segments: Job Classifieds and HR Software.
The objective is to increase HR Software’s share to 50% of the Group’s revenues, also considering potential acquisitions in this area.
Job Classifieds – a stable base for growth
Drivers of sustainable leadership
In this area Grupa Pracuj focuses on
- steadily growing number of recruitment projects,
- innovative pricing strategies,
- operational efficiency.
Enhancing the effectiveness of Job Classifieds
Job boards remain a strong revenue base for the Group and an important source of recurring business and synergies with HR Software products.
HR Software – a scalable growth engine
Unlocking growth through scalability
The HR Software segment is playing an increasingly important role in the Group’s strategy, offering strong scalability and consistent growth in monthly recurring revenues (MRR). This growth is driven by a steadily expanding client base and the introduction of new modules and features for existing customers. The scalable SaaS model, combined with self-service tools and smart pricing, supports efficient expansion at relatively low acquisition cost. In addition, targeted M&A activity – particularly in the post-hire segment – further broadens the product portfolio and accelerates market expansion.
Key drivers of building and scaling the HR Software ecosystem
- growing number of clients,
- sustainable growth of MRR,
- SaaS scalability.
Growth Accelerated Through Acquisitions
Investment Criteria
Acquisitions are focused on HR Software, with a preference for SaaS and solutions in the post-hire segment. Targets are expected to demonstrate strong product quality, solid market position, and scalable client bases among mid- to large-size enterprises. Majority or full buyouts are preferred.
M&A KPIs
Key parameters include:
- double-digit y/y revenue growth,
- positive EBITDA or close to breakeven,
- compliance with the Rule of 40,
- consistent growth in the client base,
- target profitability of around 30% achievable within 3–5 years post-acquisition.
Strong financial foundations – including over 90% cash conversion and a healthy balance sheet – support effective scaling through M&A.
Grupa Pracuj also remains open to opportunistic acquisitions in the job classifieds segment.
Building a leading European HR Tech platform
Group's strategic focus is on developing a scalable, technology-driven HR platform that enables long-term and profitable growth. The goal is to deliver real value to both employers and candidates through innovative solutions that support recruitment processes and talent management.
