The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces dates for publication of periodic reports in 2026:

I. Standalone and consolidated annual report for year 2025 – 2 April 2026.
II. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – 26 May 2026.
III. Consolidated semi-annual report for first half of 2026 - 27August 2026.
IV. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – 19 November 2026.

At the same time the Company informs that:

a) pursuant to § 83 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions
for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publish quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports for the last quarter of 2025, as well as second quarter of 2026; and
b) pursuant to § 63 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly and
semi-annual reports will include, respectively, quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements; hence the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and separate standalone semi-annual report.

periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
