The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 17 June 2026 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on appointment of Mr. Grzegorz Andrzej Róg for the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 1 August 2026.

In the attachment, the Company's Management Board provides the resume of the new member of the Company's Supervisory Board, including information on her education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with professional history, as well as indicating other activities performed outside the Company’s enterprise.

According to the representations made, the activities performed by Mr. Grzegorz Andrzej Róg do not compete with the function to be performed by him in the Company. In addition, Mr. Grzegorz Andrzej Róg does not participate in a competitive company towards the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company and does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Also, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
