The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 10, 2025 received from the Company’s shareholder – TCV Luxco Perogie S.à. r.l. (the “Shareholder”) notification of appointment, in exercise of the personal right vested in the Shareholder pursuant to § 14(3) of the Company's Articles of Association, of Mr. John Doran as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the new term of office.

Below, the Company's Management Board provides the biographical note of Mr. John Doran received from the Shareholder.

With an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard College, John Doran began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London and New York. He then served as Vice President of Summit Partners from 2009 to 2012, where he focused on investments across software, Internet, and financial technology. In 2012, he joined TCV and he is currently a General Partner in London, a founding member of TCV’s European investment efforts and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.

According to the representations made, the activities performed by Mr. John Doran do not compete with the function to be performed by him in the Company. In addition, Mr. John Doran does not participate in a competitive company towards the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company and does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Also, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
