The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) provides the attached list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 17 June 2026 (“OGM”) together with the number of votes to which each of them is entitled due to the shares held and an indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at OGM and in the total number of votes.
