The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs about the change of the date of publication by the Company of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026.
According to the current report no. 01/2026 dated 22 January 2026 the originally scheduled publication date for this report was 27 August 2026. The new date for the publication of the consolidated semi‑annual report for the first half of 2026 is set for 25 August 2026.
The other dates for publication of periodic reports announced in the current report no. 01/2026 of 22 January 2026 remain unchanged.
Detailed legal basis:
§ 84 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
