The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 16, 2025 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the “OGM”) adopted resolutions on appointment to the Company’s Supervisory Board for a new term of office:

1. Ms. Agnieszka Katarzyna Słomka-Gołębiowska for the position of a Supervisory Board member;
2. Ms. Martina van Hettinga for the position of a Supervisory Board member, and
3. Mr. Przemysław Tomasz Budkowski for the position of a Supervisory Board member.

In the attachment, the Company's Management Board provides the resumes of the aforementioned members of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the new term of office, including information on their education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with professional history, as well as indicating other activities performed outside the Company’s enterprise.

According to the representations made, the activities performed by the aforementioned members of the Company’s Supervisory Board of the new term of office do not compete with the function to be performed by each of them in the Company. In addition, none of them participates in a competitive company towards the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company nor participates in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body. Also, they are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
