The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 20, 2025 received from Mr. Przemysław Gacek the notification on the change of share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company based on Article 69 (2) (2) in connection with Article 69a (1) (1) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments Into an Organised Trading System and on Public Companies. The notification relates to decrease by 1.01% in the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders compared to the last notified holding (Company’s current report no. 10/2021 of December 15, 2021), which is due to, among other things, a change in the amount of the Company’s share capital.
