Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today became aware of the adoption on August 09, 2022 by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (“WSE”) of the resolution no. 755/2022 on the admission and introduction to exchange trading on the Main Market of the WSE of the ordinary bearer series D shares of the Company. Based on said resolution the Management Board of the WSE:

• stated that 160,776 (one hundred sixty thousand seven hundred seventy six) ordinary bearer series D shares of the Company with the nominal value of PLN 5 (five Polish zlotys) each (“Series D Shares”) are admitted to exchange trading on the main market;
• decided to introduce Series D Shares to exchange trading on the main market as of August 12, 2022 under the condition of the registration of those shares by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) on August 12, 2022 and marking them with the code “PLGRPRC00015”.

The resolution of the Management Board of the WSE came into force on the date of its adoption.

§ 17 section 1 items 2) and 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
