Communication of the Operations Department of the CSDP regarding registration of series D shares

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs about receipt of the Communication of the Operations Department of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“CSDP”) no. ONP/2025/051 dated June 27, 2025 in which the CSDP informed that 633,164 ordinary bearer series D shares of the Company with the nominal value of PLN 5.00 each will be registered in the CSDP on July 1, 2025 under ISIN code PLGRPRC00015.

Detailed legal basis: § 18 section 1 item 3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
