(the “Company”) provides the attached list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of November 30, 2022 together with the number of votes to which each of them is entitled due to the shares held and an indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at this Extraordinary General Meeting and in the total number of votes.
