REPORT 4/2026

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs about receipt of notifications of transactions on Company’s shares referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

(i)          Rafał Nachyna - Member of the Management Board of the Company, and

(ii)         Gracjan Fiedorowicz - Member of the Management Board of the Company.

The notifications were submitted in connection with the free of charge acquisition by the aforementioned individuals of Company’s shares, as part of the implementation of the first tranche of the Incentive Program for the years 2025–2027.
