The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 20 May 2026 Mr. Przemysław Tomasz Budkowski submitted his resignation from the position of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective as of 31 May 2026. The reason given for the resignation was other professional commitments.

Resignation from the position of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board entails concurrent resignation from the position of a member of the Audit Committee of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
