The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 18, 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted the resolution on payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 136,530,052.00, i.e. in the amount of PLN 2.00 per share.

Number of shares covered by the dividend is 68,265,026 shares.

Ordinary General Meeting determined June 24, 2024 as the dividend date and set the dividend payment date for July 5, 2024.
