Report 9/2024

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today the Company received the decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register regarding registration on July 1, 2024 in the National Court Register of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted based on the resolution no. 20/2024 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 18, 2024 (the „Resolution”). About the adoption of the abovementioned resolution the Management Board informed in the current report no. 6/2024 of June 18, 2024.

The amendments to the Articles of Association that were registered are indicated in attachment 1 to this report.

Furthermore, Company’s Management Board informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 18, 2024 by the resolution no. 21/2024 adopted the consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporating the amendments made pursuant to the Resolution.

The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association constitutes attachment 2 to this report.
