The United Nations Global Compact currently brings together over 25,000 members from more than 160 countries, making it the largest global platform for business cooperation on sustainable development. Organizations within UNGC work together to implement the Sustainable Development Goals, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices in areas such as human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
By joining UNGC, Grupa Pracuj S.A. becomes part of an international community of companies actively engaged in creating responsible business models and innovative solutions to address global challenges. Membership provides access to educational programs, reports, tools, and initiatives supporting transformation toward sustainable development.
It also offers opportunities to participate in thematic projects such as Climate Positive, Business and Human Rights, and Governance Compass, coordinated in Poland by UN Global Compact Network Poland. This enables Grupa Pracuj S.A. to actively co-create responsible business standards, influence policy and actions in the region, and strengthen its role as a change leader in the HR Tech industry.

The United Nations Global Compact brings together companies cooperating with the UN and developing strategies and actions based on its policies, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, covering four areas: human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest platform engaging business in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Its main task is to adapt these goals to the needs of each country and help companies understand how they can use them to develop best business practices and unlock new growth opportunities.
