No Fluff Jobs joins Grupa Pracuj, strengthening its portfolio in the strategic IT recruitment segment
No Fluff Jobs, previously developed within Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group, one of Poland’s most recognizable recruitment platforms for IT professionals, is joining Grupa Pracuj. The acquisition strengthens the Group’s presence in the IT recruitment segment, complementing the offerings of Pracuj.pl and theprotocol.it. No Fluff Jobs features more than 25 thousand active job listings each month, is trusted by over 10 thousand clients, and attracts more than 530 thousand unique users monthly, delivering the highest response rate among Polish recruitment platforms for senior IT positions. For Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group, the transaction is part of its consistent focus on brands, companies, and projects that most strongly support the company’s strategic objectives.
Aimed at strengthening Grupa Pracuj’s portfolio in one of the labour market’s key segments - the recruitment of technology professionals - the acquisition comes at a time when the IT market is moving from a post-pandemic correction phase towards a selective recovery, driven primarily by senior-level roles and AI-related positions. The transaction is aligned with Grupa Pracuj’s 2030 Strategy and its approach to growth through selective acquisitions of complementary businesses when attractive market opportunities arise, enhancing its existing ecosystem of HR brands and technologies.
No Fluff Jobs will remain a separate brand within Grupa Pracuj’s portfolio, naturally complementing the Group’s offering in the IT segment. The platform holds a strong position among experienced IT professionals and stands out for the high effectiveness of its job advertisements, measured by the number of applications received, particularly in the mid-level and senior segments. For Grupa Pracuj, this means greater exposure to the most valuable part of the IT talent market: highly skilled candidates whose limited availability remains one of the key constraints on growth for technology companies and organisations undergoing digital transformation.
The IT labour market is evolving, but its strategic importance for the economy and businesses remains unchanged. After a period of correction, we are seeing demand recover, particularly in areas requiring significant experience and in fields related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The acquisition of No Fluff Jobs strengthens our presence in this segment while maintaining capital discipline. Together, we are building the broadest and most effective recruitment offering for the IT industry in Poland
- said Przemysław Gacek, CEO of Grupa Pracuj.

No Fluff Jobs is a strong and well-recognised brand that has been developed within Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group over recent years. RASP has supported No Fluff Jobs in scaling its business, strengthening brand awareness, and building a strong position in the technology recruitment market. Today, we believe that the best environment for No Fluff Jobs’s continued growth is Grupa Pracuj, the leader in recruitment services in the Polish market and a leading HR Tech platform in Europe. For Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group, this decision is aligned with our strategic direction: greater focus, clear priorities, and concentration on the brands, companies, and projects that most strongly support our growth
- said Krzysztof Stopa, CFO of Ringier Axel Springer Polska Group.

Over the past 12 years, we have proven that salary transparency works. When we started, publishing salary ranges in job advertisements was the exception. Today, it is a market standard, and No Fluff Jobs has played a key role in driving that change. I am proud of what we have built together with the team. I am convinced that Grupa Pracuj is the best partner to further develop the brand, its mission, and the values that have guided us from the very beginning. Thanks to the scale, technology, and expertise of Grupa Pracuj, No Fluff Jobs will be able to support employers and IT professionals even more effectively
- Tomasz Bujok, Founder and outgoing CEO of No Fluff Jobs

The transaction, valued at PLN 10.4 milion, complements Grupa Pracuj’s existing presence in the IT segment. In 2026, theprotocol.it, a platform belonging to the Group, celebrated its fifth anniversary. Since its launch, the platform has published more than 120,000 IT job offers from over 7,300 employers, while the number of candidate applications exceeded 2 million in 2025. The service is currently the second most recognised IT recruitment platform among its target audience in Poland. Combining the organically developed theprotocol.it brand with No Fluff Jobs increases Grupa Pracuj’s scale in the specialised IT recruitment segment, while preserving the distinct value propositions of both brands.
No Fluff Jobs brings to Grupa Pracuj a strong brand, a loyal community, and extensive experience in engaging with highly demanding technology professionals. We intend to further develop this brand by building on its existing strengths while enhancing it with Grupa Pracuj’s operational, technological, and commercial capabilities. Our goal is not to standardise brands, but to create a broader and more precisely tailored ecosystem for IT employers and candidates
- added Piotr Trzmiel, Business Development Director at Grupa Pracuj, responsible for the IT job advertising segment in Poland.

The acquisition comes at a time when technological and AI-related skills are becoming increasingly important. Data from Indeed Hiring Lab in the U.S. market shows that since February 2025, the number of job postings for software developers has increased by nearly 15%, while overall job postings declined by 7%. At the same time, 71% of the growth in software development vacancies came from senior-level roles, and 37% from positions that included AI in the job title. This confirms that automation and AI tools are not reducing demand for IT professionals but are instead shifting it toward more experienced and interdisciplinary talent profiles.
A similar trend can be observed in Poland through employers’ hiring plans. According to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey for Q3 2026, the technology and IT services sector remains one of the strongest industries in terms of hiring expectations, with a positive Net Employment Outlook of +28%.
From Grupa Pracuj’s perspective, the transaction strengthens the Group’s competitive advantage at a time when demand for technology skills is rebounding, particularly among employers seeking senior professionals, AI and cybersecurity experts, data engineers, systems architects, and teams responsible for scaling digital products.
Joining Grupa Pracuj opens a new chapter of growth for No Fluff Jobs while preserving the brand’s identity and its relationships with users. What both organisations have in common is a strong focus on delivering high-quality services to candidates and employers. We believe that, thanks to the scale, experience, and know-how of Grupa Pracuj, we will be able to support companies even more effectively in reaching the best IT professionals
- said Tomasz Wija, Member of the Management Board of No fluff Jobs Sp. z o.o.
