eRecruiter acquires Elevato, strengthening its HR Software business

eRecruiter, part of Grupa Pracuj, is the most widely used recruitment and HR process management system in Poland, serving more than 2,400 companies. Over the past year, the system has been expanded to include a range of AI-powered features as well as HR Core forms that streamline the collection of data and documents required for hiring. The platform also offers a broad range of automation capabilities through HR Workflows and an extensive selection of tools available via the HR Marketplace. 

Elevato is an HR Tech company offering a SaaS-based system that automates recruitment processes. Its core product is an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that enables companies to publish job advertisements, manage CV databases and conduct recruitment projects online. It also facilitates communication between recruiters and hiring managers, supports GDPR compliance and provides recruitment analytics. 

Elevato’s solutions are used by over 200 companies, including in-house HR teams and recruitment agencies. Over the past 12 months, nearly 11,000 recruitment projects have been managed through the system, with almost 2 million candidates applying for employers’ vacancies. The company generates monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of nearly PLN 150,000. 

The transaction is part of Grupa Pracuj’s strategy of combining organic growth in the HR Software segment with complementary acquisitions. The transaction value amounted to PLN 2.2 million.
