Grupa Pracuj is made up of over 1,100 employees representing more than 20 nationalities. We work with thousands of clients and reach millions of users. Our impact on people’s lives is real and long-lasting. Every day, we help build more transparent, fair, and efficient recruitment processes - promoting equal opportunities and diversity in the job market. As a signatory of the Diversity Charter, we actively support principles of fairness and inclusion at every level of our organization and throughout our wider ecosystem.
Sharing Knowledge
As a market leader, we use our position to educate others about the job market - sharing insights on recruitment best practices and labor market trends through reports, events, and strategic partnerships. As part of our social engagement, we support charitable initiatives by providing financial aid and promoting employee volunteering.
Equality Through Understanding
As an international organization, our approach reflects the diversity of the regions in which we operate. In Ukraine, we focus on supporting our employees and the country during wartime, with particular attention to helping veterans return to the job market. In Poland and Germany, our DEI efforts center on age and cultural diversity, equal opportunities, and pay equity.
We Prioritize Openness and Dialogue
We regularly collect employee feedback through engagement surveys and monitor the satisfaction of our clients and users. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we participate in the Diversity IN Check program - an independent audit that evaluates the quality of our diversity and inclusion efforts.
